IPEDS Release Schedule: IPEDS data is released on a rolling basis. Preliminary data for a given academic year typically becomes available 6–12 months after the reporting period ends. Final revised data may take an additional 6–12 months. As of July 2026, only three 2025 surveys have been released (HD, EFFY, Completions).
Finance Data Lag: Financial data (F1A, F2, F3) follows fiscal year reporting and is typically the last survey released, with a 12–18 month lag. The most recent finance data covers FY2023–24.
FRC Scores Gap: Financial Responsibility Composite Scores from the Department of Education have not been published since 2017.
Site Data: The school pages on this site were last regenerated on July 14, 2026.
This site combines data from 22 sources to assess the financial health of U.S. colleges and universities. The primary data comes from IPEDS surveys administered by the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), supplemented by economic data from BEA, BLS, and Census, and closure records from the Department of Education.
All IPEDS data is downloaded from nces.ed.gov/ipeds. Each survey is downloaded for every available year. Not all surveys have released 2025 data yet.

Unduplicated headcount and FTE enrollment for the full academic year, used for enrollment trend and size calculations.
